We're only 1.5 years in and Banfana is turning into the agency we always dreamed about. We've got an amazing talented, dare I say brilliant, team that are abundantly curious and constantly pushing the boundaries of PPC advertising. We got an equally incredible group of clients and partners that have responded well to our structure.
This year, we've hired 2 amazing new Google Ads Strategists. Both have 4+ years in the space and both are trusted consultants that we've worked with in the past. They are two forward thinkers when it comes to the nuance and forever changing world of PPC. Now, our team consists of 7 PPC managers & 1 reporting resource.
Now, being a smaller agency comes with it's own challenges, mainly knowing when and who to hire next as business rolls in.
But the beautiful thing is that we know exactly who we are and who we want to be; We strongly believe that if we can get the smartest PPCers in one room, have them uniquely dedicated to a few specific engagements, then we can and will win in a market that prioritizes profit margin over people.
